And, again, once accepted, you are not permitted to delete your tax return even if it has not been accepted by the IRS. I attempted to perform this option that was suggested by one of your reps but was unable to do so. Apparently, this action is not allowed either. Had I known when I initially did my return, I would have chosen to not claim that particular credit. However, since I was not made aware of the delay, I completed my tax return and THEN was told of the delay. Apparently, I must accept the inevitable and wait, wait, wait for my return to be processed.
