Has anyone signed into your account and made changes? Did anyone else try to use your account to file another return? online TT accounts can only be used to file one return.
Are you 100% sure you are using the same user id that you used last year? You can use the account recovery tool to check. https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
