I doubt the Block roll out 8915-F to the public for efiling. They may incorporate the form for print-filing. In those cases, you have two choices:
- Download the form from IRS, or open it in the Block software (if there), fill it out in its PDF file format with your computer and then add the calculated result to any amount on line 4b or 5b of form 1040. Let the software calculate your refund or owe, print your entire return including 8915-F and file by US mail.
- Use one of the online tax companies that already incorporated 8915-F and file electronically.
I would not file electronically without the form 8915-F as it could get flagged by IRS...!
