I had the same problem! I cannot import my stock transactions. I called Turbo Tax last night and the service person, had not heard of the problem and was no help. She actually told me I can start manually inputting my stock transactions since it's not working. I told her I had too many transactions to do that and have always done it in prior years with Turbo Tax. Very frustrating! Charles Schwab is a big broker and I am sure there are many more people with this issue.
