The IRS says it can take up to 5 days once they send the funds due to variations in bank processing procedures, etc.
And did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund? If you did pay fees by that method, then once the IRS releases the refund (confirm with the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool), the IRS sends the funds to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. We can tell you more about that and how to check on it if that is your situation.
