I finished preparing my California tax return (Form 540) and I owe them. Can I mail in the tax return to California now (March) without a check, and then pay what I owe later in April using a credit card?
(I believe ACI Payments is the only authorized vendor, and they charge like 2.3%, which I'm fine with)
