Not sure what to put for IRA donations since I had Fidelity Investments take over from Fidelity Financial Engines. My 401k was re-distributed and no money was taken from it... They sent forms1099, Consolidation 8736, Rollover IRA 5498 and ROTH IRA 5498. I haven't a clue and hoping you can please help.
