Spoke with a supervisor today who told me that the form that is showing online is actually a “ghost form” being used as a place holder and that’s the reason why you can’t delete the form either because it’s not really there and why you can’t complete it. The IRS has released what Turbo Tax needs but the form has not been coded properly in the system. I was told to try again in a week. We will not be notified when it’s fixed.
