If I cannot get a fix, it will be my last. I even had one Rep say I need to pay an upgrade to get help, but would not guarantee a fix even paying? Also, this is their glitch not mine, why do I have to pay extra for their failure to fix a glitch. I don't have this Form, I dont need this form - HELP ME file so I don't stress over this. I have been done with my Taxes since beginning of February and I still cannot file. 6 weeks waiting on a form I do not need. I beyond frustrated right now.. I have moved on to mad, I keep getting told it is something I did, but others are having the same issue. Thanks Turbo Tax for trying to make feel like I did something wrong.
