I been on phone with many saying I am the only one they cannot fix, said I had to delete many forms, clear cache, and reboot computer. I get about 3 emails a day saying they are looking into this matter, but no help has come. I have been told I must have made a Covid disbursement ad I have not. I answer "No" I have not taken previous year's disbursement, but to no avail, I cannot E-file. I have have used Turbo tax over 30+ years and file my mother's and all 4 children through this program.
