I reviewed your file. During the PA state interview, you are able to enter your basis on the "Retirement Income Summary" screen. Click "edit" and enter the basis for you and then for your spouse.
- Go to your state interview
- Click "Update" next to "Income and Adjustments"
- On the "Retirement Income Summary" screen click "edit"
- Enter the basis for you and then for your spouse
