Like everyone here, having the same problem "Login Unavailable" for weeks, so I decided to start fresh, like I had never tried before.
1. I went into Schwab.com and turned OFF the third party access checkbox, saved it. Then I logged in again to schwab and turn it ON and saved it.
2. I then went into turbotax, told it to get import from Schwab, then the Intuit login screen popped up. This time, instead of using any existing Intuit account, I told it to create a new account and used a new email address.
3. I then got the schwab authorization confirmation screen, said "Yes", and away it went, asked me which form I wanted to bring in and lo- and behold, B, DIV and INT were all present! The summary values were "$0.00" but the import worked fine!
