Suggest that you verify DESKTOP access is enabled on your Schwab account. This is a new setting and it must be enabled first. The import worked for me after I enabled it. One other note: The import process will prompt you to change your password. Not sure what Schwab has done here but changing the password doesn't actually change how you normally access your Schwab account - it seems to be just for the import process. Bottom line is that its wonky but it will actually work if you do these steps.
