Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Now the simple statement above is obscured.  The turbotax web site is badly organized and provides no feedback capability.  It's model of how taxes are organized admit no differences and no way to describe them.  It is a classic mis-understanding of how to design a user interface so that here is no means for correction.  It obscures certain products in it's zeal to make decisions simple and ultimately leads to customers making bad product decisions.  The key problems are:

1.  No ability to purchase the correct turbo-tax product for my situation; which I suspect is fairly common.

2. Obscuring the availability of the correct product, which exists, by misleading one into starting to use the wrong product and upon getting fairly along into it discovering that it does NOT cover my situation.

3. Not providing a means to back out of a product when it is discovered that the product is the wrong product.

4. Providing no ability to tell Intuit about the problem.  All assistance assumptions are about purported tax situations but none about product feature failures or complete product failures.
