If the income was not reported to you on your W-2, you do not need to report it.
Paid maternity leave is sometimes paid for by insurance and is not always taxable. If it is taxable it will be reported on a W2 form and you will enter it in TurboTax in Federal, Wages, and Income. It wasn't reported on your W-2 and is not taxable income.
