When I import my rental property data (schedule e). It does not import correctly. Because I am on my thrid year of using TT. My depreciation carries over from the previous year. When the 2021 data downloads (income & expenses), it does not download under the already established property files with the depreciation. It creates separate files. It should line up with the two previously depreciated properties data files already there. So after the download, i still have the two files with the depreciation but no updated data and two more data files with the updated 2021 info with no depreciation. any advice? I have my properties tagged properly and they are downloading separate of one another just not with their current year depreciation carried over from 2020. Frustrating.
