That does not answer my question, and feels more like a copy and paste from a script of pre-written responses.
"Keep in mind that the refund meter is dynamic and may recalculate with every click and change on your return. ***Your refund will not be finalized until completion and ready to file.***"
I understand this, but my taxes were completed and "ready to file". The mistake (again a typo for a date of birth) was essentially in the checkout portion of this program, or the "file" section of the program. Is there a fee to "re-file" after a rejection?
