Definitely frustrating experience -- multiple delays, annoying and unhelpful question from LindseyLO ("have you updated your software") to a number of people who'd supplied token numbers (note to Lindsey: read the preceding posts before you jump into a conversation), and a final poke-in-the-eye with an extra $5 efile charge when the problem was TT's fault all along. On the good side, I've already received my Federal refund -- who'd have thought the IRS would be faster than the supposed industry leader in tax software?
