Is anyone else having an issue paying by credit card?

In Chrome when I go to use the pay with Credit Card option I receive an error RESULT_CODE_HUNG and wait page unresponsive. I've also tried Edge which just freezes after the page loads to enter your Credit Card information and Firefox which tells me to stop loading the page after having issues displaying the input boxes. I've also tried on my iPhone as suggested by the customer service agent I spoke with over the phone and that didn't work so I then installed the app and tried that but no luck. 

 

The Credit Card payment is the only option that seems to freeze and not allow typing in the boxes. In Firefox it eventually allowed me to type some but was extremely slow to display and then would not let me use the dropdowns to enter the expiration date so I could not complete the transaction. Thank you!

 

*UPDATE* I've cleared my cache and still the Pay by Credit Card section freezes and does not allow me to input a payment. Oddly enough when I went to enter in my bank information under the section to Pay with bank debit there were no issues. This has to be an issue with Turbo Tax at this point but I'm also unable to get a hold of anyone in a technical department and now I'm stuck unable to file my taxes until this issue is resolved.
