Monique, I have already called Customer Service twice. The first time they put me on hold while the agent said that she would find someone from Billing to see what they could do. I was put on hold for more than half an hour with no one to talk to. I eventually hung up. When I called Customer Service again, I spent another 30 minutes explaining my issue, and the agent said that she was new to Intuit and not familiar with the different products and options. She also said that the only solution she knew was to have me dispute the charge with my credit card company. I am both disappointed in how TurboTax dishonestly presents only the most expensive products on its Online interface, and discouraged by the incompetency of TurboTax's Customer Service.
