I filed Federal 1040 Return for $8K refund alone without filing CA state because a few forms are not ready; now I filed 1040X to claim additional credit, but CA refund 540X shows '0' refund which should be $4k. It is obvious that TurboTax CA assumed that I filed CA refund already. How can I make this correction?
