My fiance and I have been living together for 3 years. This is the first year I'll be a stay at home mom. He is the father to both of our girls. But biological wise, only to one of them. He pays for her daycare and everything but nothing has been done court/adoption wise. I'm ordered through court, that I can claim her EVERY year. The sperm donor is not in her life at all obviously. Can my fiance/her father claim her ?
