In order to make this change, @pennlewis and @AL0310, you're going to need to modify the data that you entered into the 1095-A.  Column B is the cost of a comparable health insurance plan and is ok to change on there (although I would keep the data you received that shows the SLCSP that should have been on the form in case the IRS has questions).

 

So go through column B and change the zeroes to the amount that you were given.  Once you've done that you can go ahead and file the return.  Your concerns are valid - the IRS matches forms and this may cause a delay in processing so be prepared for that.  The only way to get around that would be to get the healthcare marketplace to issue a corrected 1095-A and they are reluctant to do that.
