If you file jointly for tax year 2020, the IRS will pay the advance child tax credit payments to one bank account but will issue two 6419 letters, one to each spouse reporting half of the total advance to each spouse.
In your case, you receive your 6419 letter but your wife did not. It would be safe to assume that the IRS sent a similar letter to your wife and that letter got lost. Your wife can use the Child Tax credit Update portal to check the Advance CTC reported on her 6419 letter.
