I was able to login to Schwab without issue. However, my year-end file is massive; almost 500 pages. I even get a little summary of the 1099-B, 1099-DIV, and 1099-INT. When I click on "Import Now," I immediately see "Not Responding" at the top of the program window. Then, it goes away. Then, nothing happens. When I try to open the file, the program says it can't open the file and suggests that I open a back up.
I've gone through this like 6 times! I'd just settle for a file explaining how to put in the summary because my summary in the 1099 year end is a bit tricky. It has 3 rows and 4 columns including "Wash sale disallowed" I'm not sure how to enter that information into TurboTax summary information.
