I can give a US phone number to a friend , but for Turbotax to do the full package, they want to call me to discuss my case, but of course will NOT accept a German number. I feel discriminated against as I have been with Turbotax for 10 years, cannot reach them as no email, the 'supposed live chat' is a scam... all it does is a computer generated loop, not at all live.... and then wants a US phone number again... What kind of service is this for a long time customer???? then they give you a number to call them, with near one hour wait time from overseas call!!!! All I want is for them to do my taxes, and contact me via my email, instead of using the phone. ... MEGA frustrated... KC [email address removed]
