Look at the top of the screen and select Forms and type in "Sale of Home" This will bring up how to adjust the base price of your home that you sold and how to file for the capital gains/loss on the sale of your home. I just did this for my home and you may need your prior tax returns if you sold another home prior to this one for any carry-over gain/loss credit.
