My experience is that you cannot count on the TT "experts". By the time you call them, you've normally been doing some research on the subject and have reached an impasse. The "experts" then proceed to tell you obvious things that you already know and when it comes for the information you actually need to clarify - they have no clue. Utterly frustrating. I'm soooooo less than impressed with TT this year. It also makes me wonder why I ever paid for this "expert" help that has not actually helped on a single occasion. I'm guessing that if it ever came to needing "audit support" that I keep paying for that they would be equally useless. Sorry to be so negative, but TT promises a lot and it's frustrating that they cannot deliver on even the basic and simple things.
