To file form from FTB 3895
- Open CA return.
- Continue until you get to the screen Did you all have health insurance coverage in 2021?
- On the next screen, Select Yes to the question Was anyone enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2021?
Once you enter form 3895, TurboTax will generate form 3849.
Form 3849 (Premium Assistance Subsidy) is used to reconcile advance premium assistance subsidy payments.
