TT updated their "Help" section on this form one week ago and still indicates the form is not available when it has been available since 2/11/2022. They say " Form 8915-F replaces Form 8915-E and will become available later in the tax season." The same thing happened last year and I needed my refund so I filed without completing the form and once available, I filed an amended return before April 15th. I just received my additional refund from the amended return 2 weeks ago! I have used TT for 10 years now, but this is crazy to have to wait for them to update the software - it is now over 2 weeks since the IRS finalized the form.
