Both available earlier in Feb 2022. The form clearly states it is to replace 8915 E. I think Turbo tax is using the page with draft form notice when clearly the final form is available. I suspect it’s because they have not programmed it into their software.
TT, Would it be possible to provide access to the new form to complete it manually and incorporate the numbers for tax calculation? The delay for refunds is clearly significant.
