My Son married a non citizen. She has a student Visa and is going to school. She doesn't work. She does have a SS# Can they file jointly? She didn't get a 1098T for the tuition paid, can they claim this since is a non citizen and my son is or is this not allowed since it is her that is in school? Can they file electronically or do they have to send in their taxes through the mail
