Get your taxes done using TurboTax

In the upper left hand corner of the TurboTax application, you will see the FILE command.   Click on that and in the drop down menu, you will see a print command.   Click on that to be presented with printing options.

At that point, you can choose to "print" your return(s) to an electronic copy by choosing to save as a PDF file.   This is a file which can be read by the application program ADOBE ACROBAT READER.   This application software is available for free by visiting www.adobe.com and downloading.  Those instructions are also on the TurboTax print screen.

You can also choose to print to a printer.   I personally choose to do both - retaining the PDF copy and the printed copy.   I choose to selected under FORMS TO KEEP FOR MY RECORDS the third option which is to print the tax return with all calculation worksheets.

When I click that button, a copy of my return actually opens in a browser window.   I can then go to the upper left hand corner, select FILE then select print and print my return.

If these steps do not work, I would recommend backing up your data files (in 2 different locations), and uninstalling TurboTax.  Choose the option that retains all of your data.  Reboot your PC and reinstall TurboTax and open your files again.  Then see if you are able to follow the above instructions.   If that does not work, I would recommend a call directly to Intuit to troubleshoot the issue.

I hope this information is helpful.
