TurboTax will automatically generate Form 8962 when you enter the information from your Form 1095-A.
If you have not received your Form 1095-A, you should contact the Marketplace from which you received coverage.
To enter Form 1095-A in TurboTax follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account if it is not open
- In the search box enter 1095-A.
- the results box click on Jump to Form 1095-A.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your 1095-A.
After you have added your 1095-A efile your tax return.
