Have not received any notification that my $39 refund for being forced to pay that way was being processed. My case was closed with Intuit. I called back today, the representative did not help me. He "promised" that I would get the refund. Originally, was told I'd get at least a notification within 24 hours that it was pending, but the new representative told me "4 to 5 weeks." I was given a reference number I believe to be fake. No one can email me or send me any assurance that this refund is being processed. My request for a refund for the product was denied because TurboTax Online does not have a satisfaction guarantee.
I have to say, this situation is just going from bad to worse. Intuit is taking advantage of people, they always have, but this is a new low.
