None of your recommended options are acceptable for me. Allow me to explain. Using that website is a no go because I do not have a valid ID. Option 2 is not a real thing. I do not even know why that is listed as an option on their site. I have tried to call numerous times before and I always get a prerecorded message specifically saying that they can not help with IP PIN. I do not have access to a printer so that option is also a no go. I guess I am just another person screwed over by the incompetent federal government. Have not been able to file for the last 3 years because for whatever reason corrupt incompetent IRS decided to issue me an IP PIN but not actually send it. I will never again pay a single cent to federal or state & will only accept compensation off the books. This issue can be closed.
