AMOUNT APPLIED TO 2021 ESTIMATED TAXES FROM 2020 FORM 1040 NOT SHOWING UP ON 2021 FORM 2210

The amount I applied to my 2021 estimated taxes on my 2020 Form 1040 does not show up on Line 11 (a) of  2021 Form 2210, Part III, Section A--Figure Your Underpayment.  Is this a TT software issue, or am I missing something?
