@iamjimmyo - that is their talking point. Under-promise and over deliver is a viable business strategy. They want all of their employees saying the same thing. Their customer service reps have access to the same webpage that you have access to:

Last year the form was released 02/26/2021. I think they should say "no later than 03/31/2022" but they have chose this route of estimated date instead.
