I called TurboTax support on Feb. 22. The person who answered had no idea about the problem and checked a bit and saw there was a problem but had no idea when it would be fixed. I then received an email from the person I spoke to which said my case #[phone number removed] had been resolved even though nothing has been done. So much for TT support.
