Form 2210 Line 11 column (a) is failing to include our overpayment applied to 2021 (which the IRS considers as our Q1-2021 estimated tax payment) resulting in an error in the prepayment penalty (of which we should not have one after performing the correct calculations).
We completed Part II line D of Form 2210 to quarterize our tax withholding and Line 11 is correctly including these amounts and our Q2-Q4-2021 estimated tax payments, so Line 11 columns (b)-(d) are correct. So just Line 11 column (a) is the error in the Form for us.
When attempting a manual override, this creates an error which prevents filing with IRS.
