TT clearly can’t or won’t answer this question which is indicating a major software issue about which the company doesn’t want to be transparent. TT clearly does not get that people would be more patient if there was an official company notice (not varied answers from reps) with a resolution date. The Feb 24 date for MD now looks bad. I am giving it to the oft mentioned March 3 date to file my business and federal returns as I need my refund. I am looking at going w TaxAct or TaxSlayer (which are both much less expensive) next year as I no longer trust this company bc of their lack of official response on this issue. This is despite over 20 years of using their products. However, it does not appear that TT cares about this sort of thing or any if us who can’t get our money while TT was paid theirs.
