There no easy and efficient way to enter all transactions manually.
Preparing a csv file is also tedious and error prone.
Then there's the question of what column names to use, where is that documented ...
If you are just trading stocks (Box A), the Reporting Exception makes it quite simple.

can't access the document by document ID
import is incomplete
broker records do not comply with IRS reporting rules.
all transaction are marked for review
and finally, TurboTax cannot accept the large number of transactions you are trying to enter.
Thus the method I described is not so ridiculous imo
