How can I get someone at TT to check, I keep getting a message that Virginia form 8582 is not available, even though I get emails saying it is now available?

It is for rental property income and TT will not proceed with filing, keeps giving me this message that the form is not available yet, when I check form availability in TT, it is showing it is available
