"Your transmission didn't go through"
"We could not e-file your return for the following reason: We had a problem while saving your return for filing."
All browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox) on Windows 10 produce these same errors, I cleared cookies and cache and even tried with multiple browsers on my Phone (Android). I also can't print to mail because I get "We're Having Trouble Printing Your Return" I have been trying to submit my taxes or get anywhere for almost a week. I'm at a loss.
