It was rejected. We clicked the fix my return button and added the forgotten PIN and the identity theft statement on the 18th of February and it still says they are finalizing the form? I don't understand what that means and am not sure how they can even have the information if the return was not resubmitted. And I can't resubmit until the IRS finalizes the form.
