When finishing my state tax return it took me to the page  Low Income Credit Worksheet: Spouse VAGI must be entered.'

We are filing separately,  and I do not have access to my Spouses Income. And he does not want me to have it.

I do fall into the low income bracket, so I do not want to risk lessening my return if I remove this step. 

Can I put his income as 0? What are my options?
