I need to enter a 1099-g from 2020 for unemployment to receive the tax break for unemployment. How can I get turbo tax to recognize it is from 2020 and not 2021?

I entered the information into the unemployment section, but it is not applying the tax break. I am assuming turbo tax thinks it is for 2021 so it won't give me a tax break.
