I attempted to download Turbo Tax 2021 from a CD I bought. It stopped a minute into downloading and said it had encountered an error. The next time I tried to download (and every time after that) I get the message:
"The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file"
Any idea how to get the software downloaded?
