On the phone with TurboTax, the agent is escalating the problem to their manager. Got disconnected, tried to navigate the automated nazi, and finally got through. She is told that I must upgrade to business. [Don't know why yet.] Instead of an answer to that, the specialist was told to add the form. Nope! The specialist is great, but her superiors have NO idea what is going on. [My words, not hers.] Then they tell her that the form has to be approved by the IRS. I tell her that I downloaded the form from the IRS. [Long Pause]. I will share if I get any resolution to this. They told her that the form has been rescinded. The form I just downloaded today...from the IRS. So, she asks them again. [Long Pause]. Apparently they pulled the state form. That is what she is being told. Sign-up for email notifications.
