The e-File database indicates that Form 8962 or a binary attachment with description containing "ACA Explanation" must be present in the return.
I got this message after filing earlier today before I posted) so my question is do I need to include her 1095-A form information or can I proceed to delete the 1095-A form from "my tools"
I am not sure if it will get rejected again if I delete the form or if I need to include her info or if my company should send me a 1095-A form (I only received a 1095-C form from them )
